The Committee on Technology and Infrastructure moves to amend the bill on page 11, section 70, line 4, by striking all of lines 4 through 7;

And

On page 11, section 6, after the article heading, by striking the section heading for section 6 and inserting a new section heading, to read as follows:

“§17C-11-8. Electric bicycles; requirements; exclusions; age restrictions.”

And

On page 12, section 6, line10, after the word “bicycle”, by striking the following: “and must be printed in Arial font in at least 9 point type”;

And

On page 12, section 6, line 23, by striking subsection (g) and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“(g) A Class 3 electric bicycle must be equipped with a speedometer that displays the speed the electric bicycle is traveling in miles per hour.”
